rice, barbecue and lechon

barbecue and puso (puso is a hanging rice or some described it as boiled rice wrapped in hand woven coconut leaves).. if you are in cebu, barbecue and puso are found in every corner of the streets... whether it's a snack, lunch, or dinner, some people prefer eating this especially when its still hot... i myself love barbecue..

Rice is the main staple for Cebuanos. Being an island-province, fish (fresh or dried), crabs, seashells, shrimp and other sea foods are a common sight in most tables. Pork, chicken, and vegetables are equally accessible as well.

puso and lechon.... in cebu, a celebration is not complete with lechon and puso... whether its birthday, christmas, anniversary or fiesta... cebu, is now known because of the tasty lechon... greasy though but full of flavor that you will be asking for more...
